Sometimes it is possible to overcomplicate things. It’s ironic when you do so while founding something called Leadership Zen.
For a while now, I have been working to take this idea to the next level. The problem is that while all of the other things we’re working towards are great, I have also moved away from the primary point of how this whole thing got started – blogging. In my quest to publish not one, not two, but four books, I managed to let this site waste away in a strange public anonymity that hasn’t done the brand of Leadership Zen any favors. That ends today.
With this post, I am returning LZ to it’s roots. I will be blogging again, in support of the overall message and mission that it was founded on. While I continue to work on the site – which I expect to be relatively finalized very soon – I will be writing again. Yes, I continue to work on the books and the #CauseChange movement. But if our goal is to change the way people think, and then act on the way to something bigger, then it is important that we continue to share the journey that is Leadership Zen along the way.
I look forward to sharing again. This journey has been pretty remarkable for me!
